Partnership

Co-prosperity with Local Community

Valuing Every Bean:

Our Commitment to
Local Farmers

Our commitment to the community runs deep. We collaborate directly not only with large farms in the Kilimanjaro region but also with farmers from small cooperatives. We actively support local farmers in producing better coffee and ensure they receive fairer prices for their hard work. Every purchase directly contributes to their livelihoods and the sustainable growth of their farms.

Empowering Local Entrepreneurs:

Anyone Can Be
a Barista, a Business Owner

Our Purpose

Our fundamental purpose is to support the development of local coffee businesses and thereby improve the quality of life for Tanzanians.

Our Expertise

Drawing from over 15 years of experience operating a successful coffee business in Korea since 2008, we share our knowledge, skills, and passion.

Program Outline

We teach everything from distinguishing good coffee, precise extraction methods, and latte art, to coffee roasting, machine setup and operation, and even interior design, building a foundation for self-reliance and entrepreneurship within the Tanzanian coffee community.

Pioneering a Greener Future:

Sustainable Energy

Driven by our interest in sustainable energy, our company has taken the lead by directly installing and operating a solar power system as the primary energy source for our current cafe.

This initiative serves as a demonstration model for local energy independence, reflecting our broader plan to promote related technologies within the local community and contribute to a greener, more sustainable Tanzania for everyone.

Concrete Steps Towards Energy Self-Reliance

During daylight hours, our energy needs are met with 100% solar power. We plan to increase this percentage by installing additional energy storage systems.

Furthermore, we have purchased electric “bajajis” (motorcycles) for deliveries and guest transportation, which are also operated on 100% clean solar energy.

Expanding the Vision:
From Our Cafe to the Community

As interest in sustainable coffee farming grows and the need for energy self-reliance in Tanzania becomes more critical, we are committed to sharing our knowledge and experience.

We actively welcome and are prepared to assist anyone interested in adopting this kind of solar renewable energy system. We believe that by working together, we can build a more sustainable future for the Tanzanian coffee community and beyond.

Together,
We Can Grow

We do believe that through co-prosperity with the local community, we can foster the growth of Tanzania’s coffee industry by providing fair value and education, thereby building a sustainable future.
