SsoH Coffee Tanzania is more than just a coffee company; it’s a beacon for sharing the warm spirit of Kilimanjaro and the true value of Tanzanian coffee. Rooted in Moshi, Kilimanjaro – the heartland of Tanzanian coffee – since 2023, our goal is to provide the best coffee while growing alongside the local community.
At SsoH Coffee, we believe in bringing you the truest expression of Tanzanian coffee. Each of our premium beans is personally selected and meticulously roasted by our SCA-certified Q-graders. We proudly source specialty-grade and microlot-grade coffees each season, meticulously sharing the story of each farm and crafting unique flavor profiles.

Our Story
A Shared Passion
for People and Coffee
Julia’s journey began as a KOICA volunteer in Tanzania, teaching architectural design. Captivated by the spirit of the Tanzanian people, she sought a way to create a more lasting impact. She found her answer not in architecture, but in coffee. By establishing a successful coffee business in Korea, she honed her skills to become a true expert with barista, roaster, and Q-grader qualifications.
Meanwhile, Minmo, an electrical engineer, was also driven by a passion to help developing communities. He saw a path to contribute through sustainable technology and community-building. Their shared vision of using coffee to create a thriving society led them to Moshi, Kilimanjaro. Today, they are committed to elevating the living standards of their employees, engaging in community projects, and operating their cafe on solar power as they work to build a future where everyone can prosper together.

Our signature bean, which we proudly serve as the base coffee for all espresso drinks at SsoH Cafe. Our SCA certified Q-Graders personally evaluate hundreds of Kilimanjaro AA samples.

Kilimanjaro AA Dark
Using the same premium Kilimanjaro AA beans, this dark roast emphasizes rich nutty bitterness while maintaining a remarkably clean finish, free from unpleasant char.

Each member is an integral part of our family, and we’re committed to their growth, offering professional coffee-related technical training tailored to their talents, helping them build invaluable skills and achieve self-reliance.

My role as Manager at SSOH COFFEE has been a fantastic opportunity to put my skills to the test. I’m learning so much more than what I ever covered in my studies, especially when it comes to hands-on leadership and managing a team. I got my first job at SSOH COFFEE on a friend’s recommendation. I’ve had a great time so far, learning all the ins and outs of the coffee business and picking up a lot of new skills. It’s a completely different experience from being a student, and I really enjoy the challenge of learning and growing here.
